WE UNDERSTAND

Our team at Two Minds Counselling Services have already ‘been there and done that’ with our own challenging life experiences.

That’s why we care. We know mental health and disability is a real journey that takes a personal approach for providing care and support.

HERE TO HELP

Two Minds Counselling Services was established to give support and care to clients that need it the most.
We take a person-centered focus and a positive behaviour approach to helping our clients.

Autism & Behavioural Issues

Autism affects everyday behaviours such as how one feels, thinks, interacts with others and experiences their environment. Our support can assist with personal skill development, carer support and NDIS coordination.

Carer Support

Being a carer for someone else can be a full-time job, and often it can be difficult to ask or find the help you need. Our carer support services include coaching, counselling, peer support groups, advice and information resources.

Depression & Anxiety

Feeling overwhelmed, experiencing panic attacks, irritability and feelings of worry are all manageable symptoms of anxiety and depression. We can help provide you with mechanisms and strategies to help cope with negative experiences that may occur in the future.

Traumatic Stress (PTSD)

Traumatising events within an individual's life can inhibit their daily functioning or lifestyle, and cause ongoing stress and debillitating anxiety. Therapy and support services can help to manage the daily struggles that individuals face.

We've all "been there and done that..."

We believe that lived experiences enables us to understand where our clients have been, and where they are aiming to go in the future. No two clients are the same, and no two disabilities require the same treatment.

Take your fate into your own hands and invest in your personal growth. We can help provide you with mechanisms and strategies to help cope with negative experiences in the future.
